The food was incredible. The goat cheese with honey, walnuts and apple compote was amazing, on the fresh bread. Such a juxtaposition of flavors and textures. Then I had the lamb, which was frankly probably the best lamb I have ever eaten. Such a mind boggling way it is prepared. And the pistachio cheesecake to finish off. Phenomenal meal
Overall a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be attentive with our being over bearing
Everything we ordered was tasty and the portions were large and fulfilling. The waiters tried to serve quickly the extremely crowded restaurant that hadn't even one chair empty. If you plan to visit, be sure to have a reservation, especially on weekends or holidays.
Really excellent, imaginative cooking, a bit of Spanish heritage, but modern and interesting. Very professional, yet friendly service. Much the best of the three MIchelin listed restaurants we tried in Seville.
